Happy New Year!
My first post for 2015 is a pro-bono piece done for The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta (www.furniturebankatlanta.org). To raise money for this non-profit organization, they are having an art auction called a “Chairity”, and have asked several local artists to create some artwork on a piece of furniture. So I’m submitting this small drawer cabinet with a jelly bean motif that I’ve used before in some of my earlier paintings. Here’s a some what reverse sequential sequence of the cabinet from finished piece to the original version. The auction titled “Chairish the Future” gala will be on February 27th.
